Transformation begins in the mind.
I have always been passionate about helping people discover the beliefs, thoughts, and hidden
agreements that shape their lives. Unfortunately when God started talking to me about that, I
knew very little about it. So I began to study it. At the beginning, I did not sense an urgency in
knowing it, but now, I understand how critical this knowledge is for the preservation of one’s
spirit, soul, and body. Every day, people make decisions based on beliefs they have never
examined. Those beliefs shape relationships, opportunities, confidence, and even their sense of
purpose. Too often, people feel stuck, frustrated, or disconnected from the life they desire, not
because they lack ability or potential, but because they are operating from patterns of thinking
that are not in alignment with God’s truth.
My work is centered on helping people renew their minds, align with truth, and step into the life
God created them to live. Through coaching, workshops, and teaching, I help individuals identify
limiting beliefs, gain greater self-awareness, and develop practical ways to create lasting
transformation.
As an educator, coach, and lifelong learner, I have seen the power of how a person can thrive
regardless of circumstances when they think like Jesus! This thinking has to be intentional
thinking. We are constantly exposed to thoughts that create fear, limitation, and doubt. Learning
to recognize and reject those thoughts is a critical part of transformation.
My mission is simple:
To help people renew their minds so they can transform their lives and fulfill their God-given
potential.
I remember years ago asking God to renew my mind. That was a serious prayer of mine. I
learned that renewing the mind wasn't something that happened to me—it was a process I had
to intentionally engage in. I don’t doubt that many people are praying that same prayer that I
once prayed. And why did I pray that prayer? Because at the time I had no clue how to do it for
myself. That is what my coaching platform endeavors to help others discover. Whether you are
navigating a life transition, seeking greater clarity, overcoming limiting beliefs, or pursuing a
larger vision for your life, my goal is to provide a supportive environment where growth, healing,
and transformation can occur.
Through coaching/teaching, I help clients identify limiting beliefs, uncover hidden agreements,
renew their thinking, and create practical strategies for living in alignment with God's truth.
